I visited a Nook event in the Richmond last week — those were some of the happiest kids I've ever seen! They packed the space with different art, building, ingredient-mixing & music areas, plus a very chill cushioned corner for new moms + infants. Plus coffee. And banjo. 
Huge potential for apps to make markets in this! Maybe even Airbnb type potential.
