It’s unacceptable, it’s getting more frequent, and it’s time for San Franciscans to really get pissed. For now — I would pitch in if that person decides to sue the city over this. Who else is in?

Glad that at least cops don't profile people. They have better things to do than waste their time investigating if someone MIGHT be stealing a bike. And even if they catch them it's a misdemeanor anyways.
