Like half of my life mission is making it easier to do that. Step 1 is helping people find their people IMO. I think lots of folks haven't 1) found something they're passionate about or 2) don't know how to get involved or get started
What if — WHAT IF — your whole life was about doing as much of the stuff that interests you as possible, pausing that only when absolutely necessary to sustain the entire enterprise

Eh, a better thing is becoming that for which the necessary and the good-to-do are coextensive. What is "necessary" isn't what you thought it was, and neither is what's good-to-do, and life doesn't have to be about at worst stolen moments and a best fractured necessity and fun.

But you do have to first go through the shitty exploring phase to know what actually interests you.

Or, or, or... You could do nothing until something comes along that you can't help but do. Then, evaluate. Was it pleasure craving? Identity building? Sit with the Ugh field then calibrate. Maybe it was a path to your thing and humans seem to know.
