I'm in favor of anything that works against the current norm of using shame against children, the fundamental idea behind sending them to the principal's office, usually very publicly, sometimes via loudspeaker, and then making them sit in a room with all the other "bad" kids

Hard to say how much of the improvement is the meditation practice and how much is just treating poor behavior like a failure to imbue healthy coping mechanisms vs. an an indictment of the individual child, but either way, yep, very good
