I for one definitely trust SF city officials to monitor the publicly-opaque outcomes of their politically trendy policies and rapidly alert the public and reverse course as appropriate, because apparently I recently lost my mind
I suppose the good news is that this sort of thing only applies noticeably negative pressure on people of limited means, and a wide array of other local political players are doing a very good job of getting rid of those

I don't have to play any guessing games, because I have actually been such a person. Reusable bottles are great, and they're also extremely easy to forget while packing unless you use them regularly. Relying on US airline staff for fluids is a recipe for a dehydration headache
