She almost got beat to death, barely escapes, and her first reaction is to further antagonize the deranged, extremely violent suspect? C'mon This only makes me wonder if she provoked this whole ordeal to begin with. Glad she is okay, guy should be in jail, but that was idiotic
I'm sure it'd have been much more satisfying for you if she'd curled up in a ball and did a little whimpering. Personally, there aren't a lot of reactions I would find surprising from someone who was just attacked at random. Adrenaline's a hell of a drug. Maybe you don't know.

If you'd like to criticize another woman's angry reaction to being assaulted, just let me know. Someone tried to push me into a bathroom and strip me against my will a few years back. I'm sure you'll have all sorts of ideas about how I can be less "idiotic" after escaping attack.
