Yaniv's contact with children is life-destroying, if not prosecutable(?). No sane person would sexually solicit real children to flesh out a hoax. Yaniv can't drop the preoccupation with menstruation even when it corroborates the predatory behavior. No hoax reveal would fix this.
I'm sure Yaniv meets the diagnostic criteria for *something,* and I'm guessing she'll announce her mental illness with much fanfare once the media attention starts to waver. But low intelligence + extra low empathy + unfortunate sexual predilections are sufficient to explain this
