From your tutoring/mentoring experience, how young do you think children can learn to code? Is the limiter language learning (English not programming, to read docs or interpret functions/variables), math, abstract concepts like variables/objects/props, or something else?

IMO the practical limiter, beyond some early developmental reqs, is some baseline knowledge permitting an interest in access points to abstract ideas re: classes of thing. One has to be allowed to touch, play with & provoke the physical in order to find value in underlying rules
