Yup. Sexist people are employed in & sexual harassment occurs in all industries. I don't think there's any evidence that tech has some unique systemic problem, but you don't hear about "restaurant bros" or "management bros" or whatever.

In any case, I *thoroughly* object to the claim that "the woman all know" some dark reality about condescension/marginalization/harassment in tech. That's just not true, and it does a disservice to those of us who've been remarkably well supported & to the people who supported us
