Nature! Sitting in the park today, and notice a small bird that seemed like it couldn't take off. I could see something bright green next to it, and assumed it was some kind of snake. Went over to investigate....

Find a host plant, ideally the same species that you found it on or something in the same family... if he stays put he's happy. :)

Based on his size & spots, I think he might be 4th instar with one more molt to go before a coccoon happens. Not sure what they look like right before coccooning; none of mine have done it yet (though they should be close)pic.twitter.com/y3q134Uy0u
