In the last two days I've been called an "amplifier" of "fascism" for: 1) saying that people should not be beaten for their speech 2) saying that antifa is likely contributing to support for authoritarianism I'm not "playing" a "sport." If someone hits me, I did not ask for it.

IMO it's a mess. Some go to toss milkshakes, some want to take a bucket list punch, some want to draw blood or worse. Some pack silly string, some arm up. Any "fascist" is fair game, but nobody knows how to define "fascist." I don't think they even know what they're capable of

That's how you get 2-3 people bloodying a guy while some fool shoots silly string & yet another tosses a shake. Once someone in black throws a punch, the other guy must be a fascist. Each aggressor has their own idea re: what's OK, but won't intervene if anyone else goes further.
