It's just that violence is fun, especially when it's "us" beating "them". The rest are stupid rationalizations. There seems to be no deeper thought here.
This is a huge part of it. Watch the Andy Ngo video. This is group belonging behavior at its most primal, with an entire class of social media influencers dancing to provide ideological justification.
Exactly. Street violence helps strongmen so much that they’ll manufacture it for their own benefit, ie the 1933 Reichstag fire. And maybe Hong Kong today.
