Always wishing more people will have the sense to bring up "but his/her age!" when a video of an *actual child* repeating their politics goes viral. Always disappointed. Coleman Hughes is an adult, and a published writer with demonstrably impressive work & some enviable bylines.

That said, kids should feel free to engage with complex issues and grapple with them with the information they have. But too often there are adults pushing them in front of a camera to make their points for them, because (for good reason) nobody wants to take shots at a kid
