I used to think that the order of priorities to be healthy in life was: 1) exercise, 2) eating well, 3) getting enough sleep. Increasingly convinced I’ve had it backwards.

I've been sleeping for 3-4 hours (insomnia maybe but also university work) every night for about a year and I've started to physically look sick to people. Gotta figure out how to get 7-8 hours of a goodnights sleep again.

Man, listen to that series! That is absolutely terrible for you and likely putting you at genuine immediate mortal risk if you ever drive, bike in traffic, etc.
