"Hey, that person is hot" is never how I have understood sexual attraction. There are many people I find physically attractive and have zero sexual interest in.

Disagreeableness matters because I actually think a lot *more* cis women without sexual hangups would fall into this category, but because they feel no real repulsion they sleep with a lot more people than they're attracted to.

It could be the case that visceral sexual revulsion is a lot more common in cis women than I suspect; that's sort of the crux of my claim. They know attraction will come in time if they get closer to someone, and if they feel they have to have sex to get close to anyone, welp...
