Obviously doesn't know that sugar is hygroscopic (water-loving), it easily absorbs the water vapor from humid surroundings; or once it is out of its sealed packaging. Cotton candy then 'dissolves' in the mass of accumulated water, losing its texture in the process. Dumb raccoon.
