I’m convinced that
@amazon &@WishShopping do this deliberately; offering ads for bizzarre products to grab your inquisitive attention. I have more than once spent *far* too much time trying to track down what exactly I was seeing in a paid ad. -
I read an interview with someone from Wish who said their bizarre stuff had a great clickthrough rate, but the conversion rate was garbage so it was kind of a wash.
