I'm saying: - there can be damage or limitations on the hardware layer - human beings living today have access to a very small set of all possible inputs *and* all possible forms of input; this obscures what is possible in principle, but still means hard practical limitations
tbc, my laptop can do things that I'm fairly confident I could spend a lifetime attempting to no avail. Isn't that a lack of speed and memory? My guess is that if you had the same computational power you could if you wanted to. The logic by which it's done is not fundamentaly different.
