Honestly, it *is* sort of difficult to come up with a less healthy meal. Bread, jelly (basically straight sugar) + "sunbutter," a lower protein, much higher omega-6 peanut substitute. Presumably the paid options aren't "healthy," but the sandwich is really, really bad.
