AFAICT, a high score on this "hostile masculinity" factor indicates an actual narcissist who openly admits to coercive behavior & says "yup" when asked if he's suspicious of women who are friendly. So, yeah, basically the same as a guy who didn't LOVE the Gillette ad, I guess
