Aren't things like very explicit codes of conduct the opposite of this, i.e. they are legible rule systems? There's typically a push for clearer, more explicit rules when deplatforming occurs.

Show me any code of conduct that doesn't include vague rules about e.g. "harassment" or "inappropriate behavior." Codes of conduct look explicit because they include so many explicit rules, but any organizer worth their salt gives themselves cover to boot anyone for any reason
