I still leave autodidactism on my resume. It seems to get the same thing across without sounding "decorative"
Even phrases like "nurturing curiosity" and "lifelong love of learning" are starting to grate on me. Humans are meant to have a bite. A sharp mind isn't decorative. We play and learn and invent so we can't be declawed and yoked to someone else's ends.

Partly true. Our niche has a lot to do with cooperating. Sustaining that *does* require some bite, but we're more interdependent than you seem to imply.
