Do you think something needs to shift in SF in order to facilitate more low-risk experimentation? Or do you think the next wave of experimentation will naturally need to be fostered elsewhere?
IMO, @Jonathan_Blow is right on the money — the rent-seeking (in this case, literal *rent*) is creating an artificial gravity that pins nearly everyone to the ground. It's all on housing. SF can go on like this for a while longer, but my god will the ground be salted in the end
