This is actually healthy. Classic Bargaining. Means I've moved past Anger, wherein I fantasize compulsively about becoming a supervillain who executes increasingly unhinged plots to block boomer homeowners' water views

My brother lived on a sailboar for some 5 years. Its great, cheap and a lot of fresh air:)

And he did it in sweden, where the boat couldnt move for three months a year because it was stuck in the ice! (All things considered, my brother is a little strange)

Has anyone parked a cruise ship off SF and rented out cabins yet or is that still a work in progress?

Ten years ago my anger/frustration with trying to find a decent SF apartment (that allowed big dogs) led to me moving into a motorhome. I'm in my third RV, and I've been traveling off and on ever since.

It’s a minority opinion, but I’m over in Koreatown (more or less) and I really enjoy it over here. Rent is less horrifying than some other parts of town, and it has a good urban feel and easily available amenities without being dangerous or feeling excessively dense.
