The idea that campus rape is the result of too few seminars on "enthusiastic consent" is absurd on its face, as well as empirically defunct, and the idea that a so-called women's organization would taunt a woman for showing that we can learn how to protect ourselves is dismaying.

Rapists are not rapists because they don't understand what "yes" sounds like, and learning how to recognize and avoid a dangerous situation or (if need be) react to one without hesitation isn't just a move in some stupid political blame game.
