Ok. Well reckon the skills you need to succeed in tech, business & creativity are v different (building, selling, envisioning) so someone might have one but not the others and having more of one often means less of the others.
I just think high capability in any of these areas is uncommon. You’re not likely to win the lottery twice, but you’re not *less* likely to win the lottery a second time because you already won it once
