Any reasonable class warfare would be against the political/professional layer that very effectively prevents *any* large-scale infrastructure projects in the US from cost-effectively reaching the largest possible population of beneficiaries

I guess I’m confused by that framing, because it’s not simple at all. When you have a very large pie (massive infrastructure spending), a variety of individual players are incented to throw tremendous creative energy at getting the largest possible chunk
