I think it'd be pretty cool if you didn't have to homeschool your kids in order for them to wake up at a biologically appropriate time, learn things that they're interested in & at no point be led to believe that they're about to be murdered by a rampaging classmate

Maybe the school should instead arm and train the teachers so that if a REAL shooter does show up they actually have a defense.

They did have an impact. The fear wasn’t that you personally might die, but that everything and everyone would be destroyed. 7th & 8th grade in 1960-62 25 miles out from NYC.
