The culture that generates these outcomes is more costly to women than to men & tbh I'm confused about why pointing this out so often gets interpreted as blaming women for the situation
I think many women have their defenses cranked up because if you’re a female over 30 w/out kids, chances are you’re facing a barrage of unsolicited lecturing on the subject all the time
