tbh, of these, the fertility/family size thing is the big one to me — if you have a couple kids, discover that they’re pretty happy & you love having them, it is a MAJOR loss to the world that you just turned 40 & will probably struggle to have more

and yet we place disproportionate pressure on women to have children at a younger age, as opposed to men. sure, there are some biological reasons for this. but the vast majority of women who freeze their eggs cite “lack of stable partner” as the reason. not their careers.
