Coincidentally, I saw a graph of the age of a man vs the age of women he finds most attractive. Almost all men of all ages were most attracted to women aged 20-25. Cultural influence or just nature being nature?

Aging gametes seem spell trouble for healthy cell division, though I don't know the mechanism. Using frozen "young" eggs or donor eggs eliminates the risk, even at an advanced maternal age

Likely just an insufficient sample size that far into the tail. Very, very few women are able to get pregnant at 50.
Those are not accurate. What’s your source? Most OBGYNs have updated their guidance regarding the latest studies which, while it increases the chances, it increases the chance of the chance which is very tiny.
Is this effect additive? In other words, if the child of 40 year old parents has their own kids at 40, are the risks even higher? (Like repeated cousin marriage from generation to generation makes things worse)
