Most of these goals are laudable — but as a package, completely infeasible. They're not even clearly articulated. There's no policy or proposal here. The only justifiable headline would be something like "Freshman Rep Demands Promise We'll Fix Literally Everything, Somehow"

Your point is correct -- but note that "sense of the House" is precisely meant to say that they want it, not how they plan to achieve it.
Personally, I think a movement on the left that centers on a values driven vision for the future is good thing. It's a place to start, and rebuild
