It really is *the* driver for economic desperation here. Lots of students rapidly finding themselves underwater, etc. The impact of housing insecurity on sex work would actually make for a pretty cool dissertation

Glad you're OK! Not to let the NIMBYs off the hook, but I'd also blame Kamala Harris (& her fellow Attorneys-General/Senators), for driving that *other* "collaborative consumption" market away from websites, and back onto the streets.
