This is complete wrong, regardless. "Perpetual motion machines" absolutely exist, relative to Earth. Earth itself is in perpetual motion around a Sun... It saddens me when people make this statement, as if it is has ANY scientific validity: it is another anti-human falsehood.

This is completely wrong. Planets orbiting a star are not machines, there is no work being done, and therefore no conservation violation. Plus, in the infinitely long run orbits are unstable because of gravitational waves.
