Pure strawman as that's not what I was referring to. See the sentence: "The appeal of the wealth tax is that it makes the rich poorer." Which totally leaves out the important part: making the poor richer.

You aren't contributing anything to the discussion by reading concern about "dramatic inequality and concentration of wealth" and straw-manning that into only caring about soaking the rich rather than transferring to the rest when the quote implies non such thing.
