apple sales have done down, and one theory is bc there are too many varieties available. Gotta compete in produce apparently.

I've always found this interesting because apples specifically don't grow the same from their seeds, so you have to graft the trees to produce more, which makes it copyrightable apparently

But have you seen what the Cranberry sales team has done? They’ve got top billing in everything! Cran-grape, cran-apple, cran-raspberry, cran-blueberry, ... talk about market share!
