sometimes i think big cos must have the correct processes and resources in place to prevent themselves from being easily disrupted, but then something like this happens:
on a call with Schwab bank, who tell me online brokerage accounts aren't 'compatible with Chrome browsers'

am i being a moron... (i hope i am!)... is there a more interesting explanation as to why this is the case (regulation/ competition) than just large co organizational dysfunction?

I should add- relevant to the people saying they access brokerage accounts from Chrome..yes can access but have you tried moving money *out* of a Brokerage account on Chrome.. Page bugs out then fails (across devices). Tech team said been a problem for 1year+ and to use Safari.
