Huh, the best ways I can imagine creating better spaces for children would scale just fine, as they did in the past, so that sounds like a problem where you're still exerting too much top-down control and not relying enough on horizontal idea transfer between units.
That is *definitely* not the problem. I imagine you’re using “scale” quite a bit differently, possibly to mean something like “knowledge-broadcasting”

I don't _think_ so? Mine could be abbreviated "third-world private schooling but for the first-world", and the scaling is in fact a question of how much market share it can eat up vs. existing public and private institutions.

I think all three of the problems I identified are solved (in the incremental sense) more by identifying/enabling/ the right people than by designing the right systems. This is what’s difficult to scale
