This article is talking about personal income tax rates. That aside, if corps skipping out on taxes is an issue (it is) then fix the loopholes, not lower their taxes. This isn’t hostage negotiation. Want the benefits of American money and infrastructure? Contribute back.
Income tax rates affect the ability of American companies to be competitive in a global talent market. If you think the world works the way I do, this is a big deal.

We have a lot of talent already, unfortunately it’s mostly being utilized to shift wealth into the upper class. The people who would be affected by the income tax rate adjustments I’m talking about aren’t the kind of “talent” we need to worry about losing.
