I tried to quit many times over ~10 years. No trouble switching to nicotine products from smoking, but the addiction worsened. By the time I quit 4 months ago my nicotine dose was equivalent to 2 packs of cigarettes/day. My detox was a living hell — sweats, vomiting, nightmares
Way to fight through! My coworker bought a Juul to get off cigs but didn’t like it and gave it away after a week.
