Counterpoint: banning white supremacists who spread conspiracies about liberals and (((Globalists))) being involved in child sex trafficking is good, actually? Other than the bans from the platform a week ago, did I miss something?

It seems like it would follow that if a particular strain of political thought is giving rise to more violence and hate, a Fairness Doctrine of banning *necessarily* would be unfair because you can't ban left and right wing actors in equal measure.
“Equal measure” is silly. But if Milo’s out, you should see antifa out, too, even if there’s less public sympathy for one or the other. If you disagree with that, nothing else I’d argue will make any sort of sense
