Until recently it was standard practice to have med students perform medically unnecessary "practice" pelvic/rectal exams on unconscious patients w/o their consent. Still largely legal. I feel like if your reason for not asking women whether you can touch their genitals while they’re asleep is that too many of them will say no, you’re admitting that you’re regularly assaulting women.
