And you would start w/only one variable (say, start w/sugar), instead of 3 (sugar, gluten, dairy). How will you know which one’s the culprit? Also, take a look at other toxins being consumed - flu shots/vaccines, medications (including OTC/birth control pills), alcohol, caffeine.
