FWIW,
@eb4everyone is brilliant in that it juxtaposes development + tenant's rights. A major issue with YIMBY is a very strong local anti-developER sentiment *that's not necessarily* anti-developMENT. There are a lot of landmines to dance around -
And politically that works very well in certain particular places that have a lot of activism but like San Jose is already very different.
