At this point, I think YIMBY needs a full rebrand, including dropping “YIMBY”

I think the major failure is assuming that having a super sensible platform means that you should focus on appealing to sensible people. Their base rate is too low & they’re busy living sensible lives

YIMBY is driven by technocrats who care a lot about policy, but it's typically moral/value-driven appeals that win over voters.
