I think diet affects *who somebody gets to be* to a degree that's dramatically underestimated (by way of impacting energy levels/capacity for activity, mood, baseline hunger, etc., as well as overall health), which makes me uncomfortable with saying anything but "experiment!"

Love this! I do find it interesting to see people wrestle with the tension inherent in veganism. It's clearly *morally* healthy but not *nutritionally* healthy, which means vegans are trading some physical well-being for some ethical well-being.
