I think religions in general do a good job of this. Strong communities and focus on the youths transition to adulthood leaves everyone involved better off.

Mm, dunno. I was raised with fuzzy mainstream nondenominational Christianity and didn’t really see any benefit, even after going whole-hog on it in my early teens. Structured fluff is still fluff
