Problem is that friends normally go by perceived similarity. That’s good for enjoying each other but for making a family work, which TBH is a schlep, value & goal alignment is more important than coupling on taste. IMO why marriages generally were arranged by parents not friends.

Sounds like a dating service for those already imbedded in large social groups with lots of friends - isn't that the group statistically least likely to require a dating app? Thats not to say it would have 0 use, just that a way to introduce outsiders would be a huge boon
