      Am I missing something here? Because it sure seems like the court is saying that taking a child bride doesn't imply pedophilic tendencies unless followed up by... divorce? abandonment?... when the child turns 18. Which would be work-of-art level stupid.

      I support American style freedom of expression. But the Austrian law was enacted not to protect Muslims but the Catholic Church.

      The appeal to the EU HRC was because they claimed Austrian law violated EU constitutional rights. The Austrian law is an old law that predates recent Muslim immigration to Europe and was probably setup to please the Catholic Church.
