Is neoreaction basically the right's communism? Both demand a massive centralization effort & it seems like both are attempts to end certain arms races via restricting/controlling markets; communism with a fiscal/class focus & neoreaction with a social/authority focus

The communists also had a "reverence for decentralization". In theory, communism entails the abolition of the state! In practice, nobody figured out how to do that, and they got stuck in the "first we need to crush the bourgeoisie, which requires central power" phase.

The "theoretical commitment to decentralization vs. practical commitment to central power" problem looks more like a similarity between communism and NRx, rather than a difference.
